I take care of my clients' needs and put them before my own because the relationship is much more important than making a sale. Building a solid relationship with each and every client is the most important part of my job. It's absolutely key to earning, keeping and most importantly, deserving, people's trust. I try to be positive, patient, honest and attentive. I have been part of the Russ Lyon team for nearly 20 years. It's a place that feels very natural to me because of our common goals of professionalism and integrity. I have two adult children and three grandchildren and have been married for 46 years to my high school sweetheart, Bob. After graduation from San Jose State University with a degree in Education, Bob and I lived and raised our family in a small community in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California where I taught special education and fourth and sixth grades for nearly two decades. In 1991 we moved to Arizona so Bob could start a custom homebuilding company. My job was to sell his homes. He quickly became very successful and began building mostly build-to-suit homes leaving me with no spec homes to sell. So that's when I decided to expand my business to include working with buyers and resale homes. I have been committed to continuing education, as well as working with my clients, earning a California Lifetime Teaching Credential along with the professional designations of GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, and CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, which is the highest designation awarded to real estate sales associates in the residential sales field.
